Once you request a service, we’ll review the details of your vehicle and confirm:

• Estimated service time and final pricing
   

Final pricing is based on condition, not just vehicle type. This ensures fairness and proper care for every vehicle.

You’ll receive confirmation once everything is reviewed.

We arrive fully equipped* All we need from you is:

• Access to the vehicle
   
• Reasonable working space around the vehicle
   
• Notification of any specific concerns or problem areas

*Please ensure easy access to a water supply and power source (water spigot and electrical outlet)
 

Service times vary based on condition and service level. A full detail typically takes several hours. We focus on doing the job correctly, not quickly.

Our detailing services focus on cleaning, preservation, and appearance enhancement.

Unless specifically booked as add-ons, services do not include:

• Severe pet hair removal
   
• Heavy stain extraction
   
• Mold or biohazard cleanup
   
• Paint correction or restoration-level work
   

If additional services are needed, we’ll discuss options before proceeding. No surprise charges.

Maintenance plans are available after an initial full detail.

These visits are designed to maintain a clean, protected vehicle, not reset a neglected one. Vehicles that fall outside maintained condition may require add-ons or a new full detail before continuing maintenance service.
